Mr. Bell is chair of Stack Capital Group (STCK – TSX) and the Principal and chair of Onbelay Capital Inc., an investment holding Company.

John is the founder of Shred-Tech – global leader in mobile document shredding and was a founding shareholder, director and chair of Canopy Growth Corp.

John is a past director of ATS automation, the Royal Canadian Mint, the Hospital of Ontario pension plan as well as a number of other public companies.

Mr. Bell is currently a director of The Stratford Shakespearean Festival and past chair of the Waterloo Regional Police service, the prosperity council of Waterloo region, Cambridge Memorial Hospital and secretary and director of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.

John is a fellow of the institute of chartered accountants of Ontario, and a graduate of the institute of corporate directors of Ontario and the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University
